What is it?
A deterministic check of how visibly a page connects verifiable claims to sources and provenance.
What does it check?
Finds numeric claims without nearby citations, vague attribution, generic external-link labels, article author/date signals, and source sections.
Why is it needed?
Readers and retrieval systems need to identify which source supports which claim and who is responsible for an article.
What does the output mean?
The score measures visible evidence structure only. It does not verify facts, judge source authority, or predict whether an AI system will cite the page.
